Once ordered please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order. Once processed, your items will then be shipped which will take between 5-10 working days. Please allow extra time in busy periods such as Christmas.

How do I track my order?

Once we obtain a tracking number it will be sent to your emails. Please use https://www.17track.net/en to track your order. Majority of orders to the UK will be sent via Royal Mail and therefore will only update once your item has landed in the UK and this may take up to 7 days from you being sent a tracking number.
